Are all items authentic?

Absolutely! Caroline only shops and purchases all items directly from designer outlet stores & sample sales.

Do you shop for specific items?

Yes, of course! Just reach out to The Luxelet with a photo or description of the item you are looking for and we will do our best to track it down for you!

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. The Luxelet is unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Please make sure you are 100% certain of your purchase before submitting payment. We are happy to answer any questions and send as many photos as requested before the purchase is made.

Is the “luxe deal” the total price?

No, the luxe deal is the sale price, or the price of the item in store. If you are interested in purchasing the item just DM The Luxelet and you will be given a total, which includes the luxe deal + tax + commission.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. shipping is included in commission so there is no additional fee to ship your order via UPS ground. The only exception is if the item is $350 or below, in that case we add a $15 shipping fee to the total. If you prefer expedited shipping and/or signature required we are happy to accommodate for an additional fee. Just let us know!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently The Luxelet does not ship outside of the continental United States.

What forms of payment do you accept?
